This year’s International Young Artist Residency Program takes “File in Taipei 2026” as its theme, inviting young artists from around the world to spend at least 30 days in Taipei — creating site-specific works in the city's public spaces, collaborating with local communities, and leaving something behind that's entirely yours. 

今年計畫以《臺北資料夾｜File in Taipei 2026》為主題，將邀請國外青年藝術家來臺北進行至少30天駐地創作，藝術家將走進街區、市場與公共場域，為本市地景注入創新風貌，並與在地創作者及社群居民交流分享，提升臺北青年藝術之國際能見度與競爭力。

1. Eligibility / 申請對象: 

Applicants must be non-R.O.C. nationals, aged 18 or above and under 46, engaged in independent artistic creation, and have at least three years of professional experience in visual arts, mixed media, or related creative fields.

申請者需為18歲以上未滿46歲，從事個人藝術創作之非本國國籍人士，並具備視覺藝術或複合媒材相關專業創作經驗至少 3 年。

2. Grant Support / 補助內容: 

Round-trip airfare (up to NT$50,000), Living allowance (NT$25,000 per month, for up to 3 months), and Art materials grant (up to NT$100,000)

來回機票（上限 NT$50,000）、生活津貼（每月 NT$25,000，最多 3 個月）及創作材料費（上限 NT$100,000）
